Syslog Junction Download
Syslog Junction runs on multiple platform. Choose the appropriate platform below.
Windows NT/XP/2000/2003

Instructions
- Unzip the installer executable
- Run the installer and follow instructions on the screen
- Syslog Junction will register itself as a Windows Service. You can start and stop from control panel
- To access reports type http://localhost:11052 on your machine. If you are accessing the reports from a
different machine, change localhost to appropriate IP
Linux

Instructions
- Gunzip the file into a directory of your choice
- Change the run mode for run.sh to executable using the following command
chmod +x run.sh
- Execute run.sh to start Syslog Junction
- Optionally add a script to /etc/init.d/ directory so that the program start when you reboot your machine

- Edit run.sh file and specify the correct path for java
- Change the run mode for run.sh to executable using the following command
chmod +x run.sh
- Execute run.sh to start Syslog Junction
- Optionally add a script to /etc/init.d/ directory so that the program start when you reboot your machine
