Tasks run manually but not through the scheduler, why? |

DeltaCopy uses Windows Scheduler to run the tasks. If you can run tasks manually but not through the scheduler try the following troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensure that file extension .DCP is associated with DeltaCopy client. If this file extension is associated with any other program, Windows scheduler won't be able to run DeltaCopy client.
- Check Windows Event Viewer to see if you find any error messages
- Try running the scheduled tasks manually. Go to:
Control Panel
Scheduled Task
Your Task
Click the right mouse button and select Run
