Does DeltaCopy work on Windows Vista? |
Answer: |
Yes, it does. However, it is important that you do NOT install DeltaCopy in the Program Files folder. DeltaCopy saves all configuration files in the installation folder. Vista does not like this and therefore, it is better you install DeltaCopy in a folder like: c:\DeltaCopy
The new UAC rules in Windows Vista does not allow configuration files to be stored in the Program Files folder. However, if you have turned UAC off on the machine, there should be no problem.
